Looking to kick start your career in a fast-growing company? Uline is seeking ambitious college graduates for its Warehouse Development Rotational Program, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience across multiple departments including Parcel, Freight, Receiving and Support.

Program Overview

• Complete rotations through various warehouse departments.
• Program Length: 6 - 12 months with 1 - 3 month rotations.
• Mentorship provided throughout the program.
• Possible positions after program completion include Warehouse Management Trainee, Inventory Control, and Administrative Support.

Position Responsibilities

• Gain proficiency in all aspects of Uline's warehouse operations.
• Receive hands-on training for assigned department.
• Support warehouse leadership team objectives for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or retail preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Forklift certification or reach truck driving experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
