Location: Honolulu, HI

Duties:

1. Planning, coordinating and executing company events.
2. Preparation and distribution of Island Insurance communications, including but not limited to internal and external memoranda, company newsletters, general agency bulletins, letters to agencies and insureds, and other reports.
3. Assisting with the development and management of the company website and social media content calendars and posting schedules.
4. Collaborating with public relations vendors and product development teams in support of the Island’s corporate marketing plan.
5. Enhancing brand presence and supporting marketing initiatives through a blend of event management skills, marketing expertise, and technical proficiency.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred; and minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with Hawaii businesses.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Hawaii Driver’s license and use of own vehicle.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually
