Job Title: Vice President of Finance

Location: Knoxville, TN

Salary: $200K to $250K+, plus bonus and equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial operations.
• Build and scale the finance team for growth.
• Develop revenue and cash flow models aligned with global goals.
• Forecast cash needs and mitigate risks.
• Refine the company’s strategic plan to support growth initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 15+ years of financial leadership, ideally in start-ups or private capital-backed companies.
• Proven success in building financial infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with global business and managing global operations.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Government contracting experience.
• Investor relations experience.
• Strong leadership in high-growth settings.
• Experience in cleantech or energy markets.
