This position will act as a key collaborator between our internal and external consultants.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Works as a team member with the existing HCCG reimbursement consultants so that all team members meet client expectationsWorks with the practice offices and their health care clients to provide third-party reimbursement supportUses technical knowledge and professional consulting experience to provide effective project management and practice developmentApplies analytical skills to data and information received and recognizes issues with dataResearches and articulates knowledge and information on Federal and State regulations relating to reimbursement issues encountered in day-to-day workQualifications:High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of related experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of Medicare reimbursement guidelines; ability to accurately complete cost reports a mustAble to work as part of a teamClient service oriented (both internal and external)Creative and persistent problem solverAble to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlinesAbility to work a flexible schedule including overtimeEfficiency with Microsoft Office and Medicare cost report softwareMoss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
