Job Summary: A Customer Service Representative for our service department provides customer service with a positive, customer-first attitude. They should be comfortable speaking on the phone and be knowledgeable on the pricing and details of services available. They should stay organized and up to date on the latest information regarding sales and services.
Responsibilities - May include but not limited to.
- Answering incoming phones
- Schedule Appointments
- Responsible for responding to all text, emails, and messages within a half hour it was received.
- Assist all Service Advisors in answering paged calls if they are not able to answer.
- Continuously screen schedule for at least two days in advanced for overbooking concerns, part issues etc.
- Perform follow ups with Service Advisors and Parts Associates
- Provide customers with accurate pricing on maintenance services and repair work.
- Screen and respond to Podium messages that are directed toward the service department.
- Cashiering
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Insurance
- Payments
- Account collections
- Performing follow up calls/messages for Toyota survey.
Qualifications:
- Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Beneficial.
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in an Office/Customer Service Setting Preferred.
- Multi line phone skills
- Strong Multi-tasking
- Preferably Bi-Lingual
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess good computer skills
- Team player attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent follow through skills.
- General Accounting Knowledge
