Job Title: Product Manager - Payments
Location: Dallas/Ft Worth, TX; Charlotte, NC; Evansville, IN; Wilmington, DE
Onsite schedule: Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Must-Haves :
- 6 years of experience as a Product Manager
- 3+ years of experience with digital consumer (B2C) payments experience in a financial setting
- Hands on experience working across the digital product development process: road mapping, problem definition, exploration, requirements documentation, front and back-end development, testing, and code deployment
- Experience mentoring a team and leading the roadmap, stories, and tasks for projects
Plusses:

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager with an expertise in consumer digital payment products to support the product team for one of our large financial services clients. This individual must have a background as a Product Manager as well as digital payment experience. This person will be leading a team of 10 resources and be the strategic mind behind the product lifecycle and involved in strategy, execution, and data integration. This includes implementing customer feedback and writing user stories, routinely cross-collaborating with various teams to solve issues and plan new features to improve customer experience, and ensuring all legal and business standards and regulations are met. This individual will join a fast-tempo environment and must be able to hit the ground running. NOTE: this position is hybrid at the above locations with the intention to convert.
