We have openings at our YES Tulsa location. The role of Integrated Care Team Manager requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or other mental health related field with licensure. Must have at least 3-5 years of demonstrated supervisory, administrative, and consultative experience and abilities. Working knowledge of service delivery system and community orientation. Must be licensed or licensed eligible in the State of Oklahoma. (LPC, LMFT, LBP, LCSW, LMSW.)

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must have working knowledge of DSM-V.
  • Ability to diagnose, intervene, and effectively refer persons in need of mental health services. Knowledge of and ability to apply Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in practice.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and adopt an effective course of action, to delegate responsibilities, organize and presents facts effectively.
  • Must posses effective crisis management skills, behavioral health resources, ability to provide trauma-informed care and a commitment to the Sanctuary Model components and philosophies.
  • Must posses good working knowledge of community social service resources for referral, linkage and advocacy.

General Expectations: Under the direction of the YES Unit Director, the Integrated Care Team Manager (ICTM) will work with the Unit Director to ensure appropriate clinical administrative coverage is provided during operation of the URC. This will include the provision of clinical services, staffing, coaching and coordination of the treatment team. The ICTM plays a pivotal role in ensuring the compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for clients. They assist in complex problem-solving and support the professional development of URC staff. Additionally, they assist in the monitoring client flow to ensure swift and efficient processing throughout the admission, intervention, and discharge processes.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director, Clinical Director and/or Executive.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
