Finance and Accounting Recruiter

Our company specializes in temporary staffing and direct hire placements in Executive Search, Finance, Accounting, and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone and/or video
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Accounting/Finance recruitment experience a must
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion for staffing
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• 2 plus years of full cycle staffing experience
• CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN CALIFORNIA TO BE CONSIDERED
