Job Title: Integration Solutions Architect (Full Time)

Location : Fully Remote OR work from our office in Sacramento, CA

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Architect to join our Implementation Solutions Team. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, document, test, and deliver exceptional integrations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage integration timelines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with clients to gather integration requirements.
  • Provide innovative and effective integration solutions that balance client needs with NEXGEN software functionality.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in integrations or workflows to enhance client experience.
  • Discuss multiple solution options, weighing pros and cons to inform decision-making.
  • Lead testing calls with clients to verify integration functionality and use cases.
  • Continuously learn about the latest technologies to advance integration capabilities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing integrations and processes, implementing enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing integration solutions.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, SQL Server, Web APIs, and ETL techniques.
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM or ERP products is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex processes clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for investigating data anomalies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000/year based on experience.
