Join our journey!Sabre is looking for a Cloud Platform Technical Product Manager who will bring technical expertise to the product team responsible for the managing cloud platform product roadmaps, ensuring transparency of priorities and providing accurate and complete documentation and communication. You will be proficient in the product, understand its structure and architecture and its capabilities. You will capture user needs, input, usage, data and translate those into user stories and requirements that support the company’s strategy and technical innovation goals. The role possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate on product vision, goals and roadmapUnderstand/monitor the product's competitive and market landscapeManage the product backlogsEnsure alignment with technology strategy throughout product life cycleManage new feature requests and scoringDefine and document feature use cases, requirements and acceptance criteriaManage documentation, including writing and/or reviewing documentation as neededWork closely with cloud engineering team on release management, including release documentation and communicationConduct demos (internal or external, as needed)Work closely with cross functional delivery teamsAttend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teamsConduct/attend internal customer touch-bases, focus groups, conferences as requiredUnderstand how users are using platform features and functionalityProvide technical support as neededQualifications and Education Requirements:3 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure technology3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. engaging with internal or external customers)Business and technology-oriented, with a strong product and functional backgroundAbundant curiosity to delve into unfamiliar areas and quickly become proficientAbility to present a compelling solution to a business need that is grounded in technologyOwnership mindset of individual and team objectives; with both tactical and strategic thinking to ensure measurable resultsAbility to work independently and resolve professional, technical or operational project challenges in a creative, methodical mannerComfortable working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative virtual environment that is geographically distributedAbility to successfully navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment where there are often competing priorities, goals and challenges across our diverse set of internal and external customers and partnersExcellent self-organization skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects in parallelStrong business acumen and situational awarenessMust have excellent written and verbal English communications skills, and be a strong public speaker comfortable presenting or demonstrating technology in front of large groups at all levels of an organizationProficient in Microsoft Office use for presentations and written communicationStoryteller and story mapperAble to well define a product’s feature setBachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fieldsTech-savvy, ability to engage with Engineering colleagues to drive technical solutions​Benefits:Very competitive compensationGenerous Paid Time Off (25 PTO days)4 days (one day/quarter) Volunteer Time Off (VTO)5 days off annually for Year-End BreakWe offer a comprehensive medical, dental and Wellness Program12 weeks paid parental leaveAn infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangementsFormal and informal reward, recognition and acknowledgement programsLots of fun and engaging employee development eventsReasonable Accommodation Sabre is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
