The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.

About The Team
The mission of the international e-commerce CRM platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productized platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
- Develop and optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency, and scalability across all product engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one programming language like Java/Golang/Python.
- Exhibit good problem-solving skills and team communication/collaboration skills.
- Experience in large-scale system design.
- Experience with E-Commerce products.
