As part of the Learning & Enablement organization, you'll be the executive producer of your program by creating continuous, scalable, and innovative enablement programs for our Global Enablement Catalog. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and SMEs will be essential in marketing and delivering your program. If you thrive in a creative environment, leading Sales Enablement Programs, this role is for you!Your ImpactLead Creative Initiatives - Drive the creation and delivery of global enablement programs from inception to measurementContent Development - Develop and deliver engaging content across various modalities, including live, virtual and video broadcasts, to support global sales teamsCollaboration - Partner with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to produce compelling training materialsContent Creation - Build physical and digital content, including assessments, training materials, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching guidesInnovation - Incorporate diverse learning concepts, methodologies, gamification strategies, and tools, adhering to adult learning principlesMeasure Impact - Design and implement assessments to evaluate both curriculum effectiveness and learner performanceContinuous Improvement - Apply evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content and designInternal Broadcasts - Participate in and appear on camera for regularly scheduled internal broadcastsYour ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering successful training programs in a B2B software sales environmentExceptional presentation and storytelling skills, proven in effectively conveying complex ideas in an engaging mannerHands-on experience with video production tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)Experience delivering training both live and virtually, on camera, specifically tailored for sales teams or sellersInnovative mindset with a passion for challenging conventional training methods and exploring new solutionsFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesSolid understanding of B2B software sales processes and the ability to design training that effectively supports sales excellenceEager to disrupt the status quo and drive a culture of innovationSuccessful experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environmentHighly resourceful, independent, flexible, and coachableBA/BS degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience preferred - additional background in video production or graphic design highly valuedThe TeamThe Worldwide Shared Services team is dedicated to empowering Palo Alto Networks’ go-to-market teams through innovative solutions and strategic guidance to drive superior outcomes. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $118000 - $191500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
