Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both our guests and staff. You will play a key role in developing our brand, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Work closely with our Executive Chef and kitchen team to align business goals and initiatives, manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service across all areas of the restaurant.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and strong team culture.
Customer Experience: Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry, preferably in fine dining or Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
