Do you have mad organizational skills, phenomenal Microsoft skills, take pride in your work, and enjoy work that offers variety? Our Office Manager is leaving and we need someone able to quickly step in and pick up where he leaves off. You must enjoy working behind the scenes (wearing many hats), but also being the face of our small organization seated in our lobby greeting all CME employees and visitors. CME thrives on team success and is looking for an Office Manager who can collaborate, be supportive, and especially take great care in supporting our executive leaders. The job requires a skilled planner as you must plan every detail for our executive leadership team, i.e., meetings, events, travel, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • Adept Problem Solver who is a team player and individual contributor (depending on needs).
  • Tech Savvy & Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Type 50+ WPM.
  • A fast learner, good listener, & excellent note-taker.
  • Superior administration skills-anticipating needs, preparation for events, and follow-up.
  • Organizational guru - creates calm from chaos and plans like a pro.
  • Scheduling wizard with experience making travel arrangements, maintaining busy schedules, dealing with logistics, creating itineraries with detailed instructions from Point A to B.
  • Very strong communication skills & always maintains confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow general and detailed instructions and grasp new concepts quickly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
  • 5 years of prior office manager and/or executive assistant/specialized experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree-Preferred or AA/AS degree with relevant work experience.
  • Positions with CME require access to controlled goods and technologies subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. Applicants for these positions need to be "U.S. Persons," as defined in these regulations. Generally, a "U.S. Person" is a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or an individual admitted as a refugee/granted asylum.
