Mercy Hematology Oncology Fort Smith is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our Mercy Oncology team consists of 4 physicians, 7 advanced practitioners, 2 radiation oncologists and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
Mercy Oncology - Fort Smith

  • 3 Nurse Navigators specializing in Breast, Lung and General Oncology, dedicated Genetics APN and 2 Research Nurses
  • Dedicated Breast Surgeon
  • Dedicated Head and Neck Surgeon
  • 1:5 Call Schedule and 4 1/2-day work week
  • Call Coverage of only one hospital that is attached to the clinic
  • Multidisciplinary tumor board on site weekly
  • Clinic is adjacent to Infusion Center
  • Teaching Affiliation with Arkansas Osteopathic School of Medicine with ability to have medical students in clinic with a stipend
  • Opportunity to work with Mercy Fort Smith IM and FM residencies
  • System wide EPIC EMR
  • Diversity of cases due to the 13-county rural catchment area
