International Operations Agent

Executes processes in a timely manner with a focus on quality as defined
by the SOPs and guidelines established. Ensures completion of learning
tasks by assigned OTCS process members, complying with respective SLAs
as well as per global process design. Acts as the focal point of contact
in the team for resolving any operational process and system issues
identified. Delivers a superior and best in class Customer Experience.
Ensures that the Customer Experience vision of 'Trust, Cared for and
Pleased' is foremost in all process changes initiated and performance
reviews.

• Processing inquiries : Handling client requests for imports and exports
• Managing shipments : Coordinating the transportation of goods, including preparing flights and trucks
• Working with customs : Ensuring that all legal requirements are met, and liaising with customs officials on behalf of clients
• Providing customer service : Working with buyers, sellers, and vendors to provide excellent service
• Preparing documentation : Preparing customs documentation and ensuring that all shipments meet import and export laws
• Managing finances : Creating budgets, invoices, and processing payments for clients
• Researching : Researching the market for specific projects
• Negotiating : Negotiating rates with freight carriers
• Following up : Following up with freight carriers
