Description:DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly hotel front desk agent to join us at Hyatt House San Ramon!Responsibilities:Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests in a timely, welcoming fashionManage room bookings through the phone or in-person and be able to answer inquiries about the hotel, rooms, amenities, rates, special requests, etc.Connecting with other departments in the hotel to ensure accommodations are running smoothlyThis is a fast paced position that will involve cash handling, answering telephones, providing local information to guests, etc. all in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.Qualifications:QualificationsQualificationsExcellent organization and communication skills as well as multi-tasking abilitiesTeam-orientedAt least one year of customer service experience preferred but not requiredPay: $19 per hourHYATT house is an extended-stay, residential-style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium.
