Responsibilities
- Strong business requirements gathering and development of technical and non-technical specifications.
- Strong collaboration with Program Management, Information Technology teams, Product development, C-Level units, business units, and customers to support delivery of software projects that meet strategic business objectives.
- Partner closely with customers to develop a deep understanding of the business and business processes.
- Document and analyze end-to-end business processes to re-design processes, implement workflows, and automate processes.
- Drive process design and translate current (as-is) to future (to-be) processes within software solutions to fully leverage new features.
- Connect business process design to customer needs and business goals and relentlessly communicating the connection between them to the organization.
- Apply effective methodologies to document and prioritize business needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Establish KPIs for software launches, analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a lead role.
- You MUST HAVE experience with the implementation of a financial system software (SAP, Dynamics, AppFolio, NetSuite, Vantaca, ResMan, Infor, etc)
- MUST HAVE hands-on experience with business process mapping, workflow implementation, and workflow automation.
- Experience in full software life-cycle implementation (SDLC), upgrades, production support, rollout, and enhancement from business analysis, testing, migration, go-live assistance till post-implementation support.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis.
- Education in computer information systems, computer science, or related field.
- PLUS - certification such as Lean/Six Sigma, or Business Process Management.
