Job Summary

Join our well-established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, where we’ve been excelling for 20 years. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! As an accounting clerk, you will be responsible for all drivers reports completion, applying payments and reconciling it for the bank deposits in Quickbooks. The ideal candidate has experience working in customer service, is extremely organized, and can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Lead Daily Report & Payment Operations: Complete daily driver ticket reports, post cash receipts, apply payments in QuickBooks, and address discrepancies.

Manage Accounts Payable: Enter, audit, verify expenses, and process payments in QuickBooks.

Lead Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls for orders and general inquiries via email and phone.

Streamline Company Record Management: Scan, file, and maintain accurate records according to company standards.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks and data entry

General knowledge of standard accounting practices

Strong multitasking skills

Experience in customer service
