This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiovascular department and supporting workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in Cath Lab leadership, either as an RN or Radiologic Technologist, and be able to provide clinical and administrative expertise. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and potential relocation assistance.

Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Manager
Salary: $77,000 - $115,000 annually (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Work Hours: Day shift, No weekends
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis
Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the Cardiovascular department.
  • Assist with workflow management and provide clinical support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Cardiovascular and Imaging managers, performing director duties in their absence.
  • Ensure the operational management of Imaging Services is aligned with hospital standards and goals.
  • Lead and build a strong, cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kansas or Multi-State Compact.
  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or nursing.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • At least 1 year of Cath Lab leadership experience.
  • Strong clinical, team building, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing cardiovascular care or imaging services.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and lead by example.
