The Recruiting Ops Coordinator will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top ABA, SLP, and OT talent, while facilitating the MeBe recruiting team operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

    • Partner with Recruiters to open and close reqs.

    • Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

    • Partner with Chief People Officer for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff to recruiters.

  2. Email and Social Media Outreach:

    • Utilize various sourcing techniques including online sourcing, social media outreach, networking, and industry events to identify and attract passive and active talent within the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Analysis.

    • Manage ad campaigns on Indeed and LinkedIn.

    • Create impactful nurture programs and partnerships to improve conversion rates from prospects to hires.

    • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent pool of qualified candidates.

  3. Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with talent through personalized communication, providing timely updates on MeBe's contributions in multi-discipline clinical services and associated career opportunities.

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing requirements and effectively build campaigns and partnerships to attract talent with similar profiles to engage with MeBe.

    • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective talent with clinical associations, universities, and social media groups.

  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights related to speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior analysis and weave into MeBe talent marketing campaigns.

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools, recruitment strategies, and best practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

How Your Success will be Measured:

  1. Top of Funnel Activity - Identify target audiences and create content that prompts engagement as demonstrated by high opening rates and responses to campaigns.

  2. Email List Health - Regular cleaning of prospect lists to remove inactive or invalid addresses to maintain a good sender reputation.

  3. Compliance with Email Regulations - Adherence to laws like the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL is crucial for legal compliance and deliverability.

  4. Frequency and Volume of Outreach - Consistent and balanced outreach practices to build greater brand awareness.

  5. Content Quality - Wording and design of email and social media content, including avoidance of spam-like features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Roll your sleeves up, proactive problem solver.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and research skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing or social advertising preferred.

  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever preferred.
