We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer (P.Eng) to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize electrical designs for various systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and budget constraints.
• Conduct simulations, load calculations, and testing to validate designs and ensure reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and system manuals, maintaining clear records of all engineering work.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE) and participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on (specific areas, e.g., power systems, automation, renewable energy).
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB) and simulation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to solving engineering challenges.
