Building Engineer - Commercial Property Maintenance Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Building Engineer to join our team at a leading commercial real estate company specializing in Class "A" high-rise and mid-level office buildings. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for maintaining and optimizing our properties in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day building maintenance, plumbing, and repair tasks
• Implement and manage facility management (FM) processes
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal building operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
• Strong skills in building maintenance, plumbing, and general repairs
• Experience in facility management (FM) and preventive maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or trade school training
