Business Development Lead, Civil Engineering

They are looking for a BD professional with a background in Civil Engineering local to Houston to join their team at a Principal level. This role is key to winning new projects, nurturing client relations, running operations and being a key leader in the office.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently in a team environment and manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Great verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Able to train and mentor staff / review work for quality assurance.
• Solid leadership and management skills - self-motivated, strong ability to meet deadlines, satisfy clients, and solve complex problems.
• Experience in AUTOCAD & CIVIL 3D is a plus.
• Client Relationship- able to develop relationships with clients - communication and problem-solving.
