Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. By working with parents and caregivers in rural communities, we aim to increase access to care, improve health equity, and deliver personalized treatment for better outcomes.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for both our direct client services and technology product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify, research, and generate a pipeline of qualified leads within the target market of smaller clinical practices outside of major metropolitan areas.
  • Outbound Sales: Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest in Frontera Health's direct client services and technology products .
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their potential as customers for both service and product offerings.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to build relationships with potential customers for both service and product lines.
  • CRM Management: Implement and manage a CRM system to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions for both service and product-related opportunities.
  • Team Building: As the first SDR hire, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a sales development team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and build rapport.
  • Proficiency in CRM software implementation and management.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry
  • Bonus Points:
    • Familiarity with pediatric development and challenges
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
    • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
    • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish)
