The ideal candidate has experience in financial services or investment management and a keen understanding of the compliance regulations surrounding financial communications. This is a full-time contract position with potential for long-term growth into 2025. This is a hybrid role in Chicago.
Corporate Content Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of content strategy across client-facing communications
- Create, manage and optimize content such as pitch decks, white papers, articles, presentations, web copy and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines (SEC, FINRA)
- Collaborate with accounting, compliance and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop thought leadership content aimed at both institutional and retail clients
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and regulatory updates to refine content strategy
Corporate Content Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- 5+ years of content management or communications experience, ideally within financial services, investment management or wealth management
- Direct experience working with executive leadership, interpreting high-level ideas
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (SEC, FINRA) and how they apply to content creation
- Excellent writing, editing and content development skills with a strong portfolio of relevant work. Writing and/or portfolio samples are a must!
