Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President, Audit Manager on the Financial Crimes Audit Team. The Financial Crimes Audit Team (FiCAT) provides horizontal audit coverage of financial crimes risk across Wells Fargo lines of business. FiCAT oversees, manages, and executes BSA/AML/OFAC related audits across Wells Fargo lines of business, and evaluates the system of internal controls and processes related to financial crimes. FiCAT is responsible for testing governance and coordinating first line audit coverage of Anti-Bribery and Corruption regulations. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Lead execution of the integrated audit processParticipate in audits in accordance with Wells Fargo Audit Services policyDemonstrate depth and breadth of knowledge and understanding across multiple businesses or develops knowledge in a critical subject matter areaDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environment across multiple businesses or develop excellent subject matter knowledge in critical areas of the businessWrite opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusionsEscalate significant risks and loss exposures to appropriate levels of managementEnsure documentation and reporting are ready for review by managers and more experienced managersDemonstrate credible challengeEvaluate and provide appropriate solutions for complex problemsLead multiple concurrent projects that are generally moderate to large in size and moderate to high in complexityIdentify and assess key risks and controls and develop effective test plans for engagements as assigned with limited guidancePresent audit results in an objective and unbiased mannerExhibit appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, issue draft findings to client management, and draft final audit reportsDevelop and maintain excellent business relationships within Internal Audit and with teams companywideRequired Qualifications, US:5+ years of Audit, Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience at a financial institution or accounting firmA BS/BA degree or higherSolid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting toolsCertification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designationExperience leading and providing feedback to staff on audit/risk projects or engagementExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), International, Sanctions regulations and/or financial crimes risk.Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.This position offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location (s)600 S 4th St - Minneapolis, MN 55415401 S Tryon St - Charlotte, NC 282025080 Spectrum Dr - Addison, TX 75001800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy - West Des Moines, IA 50266Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
