Job Requirements / Description
Primary Responsibilities
- As part of the monthly S&OP process, consistently and proactively interact with sales and e-commerce teams to develop sales and capacity forecasts (by customer and SKU).
- Collect data from internal and external sources to help model future forecast demand.
- Evaluate trends and quantify the impact of promotional and marketing activities to assist with demand forecast.
- Analyze, reconcile, and communicate performance of actual sales vs retail and e-commerce forecasts.
- Properly allocate inventory across the company’s partner locations.
- Analyze and improve allocation methods across the distribution network based on sales depletion by location.
- Other projects and assignments as they come up.
Primary Qualifications
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus).
- Strong Excel skills are required, including data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactively ask for help when necessary.
- Understanding of sourcing, production, and inventory management.
- Thrives in a high-paced environment.
- Able to coordinate, respectfully challenge assumptions, and communicate timely with multiple departments.
- Willing to get your hands dirty - we’ve spent hours packing boxes and moving stuff around ourselves.
