WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Brand Manager to join our client in the luxury manufacturing space!

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand strategy on a global level as well as overseeing and implementing content creation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement brand strategies that drive awareness and market penetration.
• Oversee brand positioning across online retailers and national distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage media engagement and measure campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Lead creative design direction across various platforms, including organic social media and trade shows.
• Support marketing operations, ensuring seamless integration with tools like HubSpot.

What You Bring :

• 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally within the luxury product space.
• Proven ability to create and enforce brand strategies that enhance customer experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and key decision-makers.
• Experience managing content strategy, media campaigns, and creative design processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive cross-functional collaboration.
