We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation and growth of our business.

As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the fashion industry, particularly in the logistics and supply chain aspects. You will work directly with our Founder/CEO and Head of Operations, assisting with various tasks that are crucial to our business's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Help with stock replenishment and organization in the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment: Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support our Head of Operations in coordinating shipments and deliveries, both domestically and internationally. Work with shipping partners to resolve any logistical issues.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends and optimize operations. Provide insights to help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the evaluation and improvement of current operational processes. Propose and implement new methods to streamline operations.
  • Customer Service: Act as a representative of our voice and brand as customer service to address customer inquiries and issues related to orders and shipments and convey our personality and aesthetic through communication and interactions in-store and online.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Help support the team during photoshoots, events, parties, and other assignments and projects around New York, the Hamptons, Nantucket, Chicago, LA, and more.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Gmail, G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets & Excel
  • Experience in Shopify, Shipstation, Gorgias preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask on different projects at once
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and mindset with ability to take initiative
  • Passionate about the consumer industry and menswear
  • Loves brands and building brands
  • Must have a laptop
  • Must be able to commute and work in-person at our office Monday-Friday
