Join our team as a Lead Management Consultant and play a crucial role in executing lead lifecycle processes. This includes managing leads for different teams, providing reporting and analysis, and working with technology teams to automate processes. You'll work closely with various departments and contribute to driving asset growth and retention. If you have a background in financial or sales analysis, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily lead assignments accurately
- Utilize tools like Excel for maintaining representative rosters
- Develop and modify reporting for lead assignments
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders
- Support sales and business teams with building business cases
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years financial or sales analysis experience
- Experience with Salesforce Dataloader and SQL coding preferred
- FINRA Fingerprinting Required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong quantitative analytical aptitude with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
