Company: Company 3Position: Client Services Representative, LeadLocation: Hollywood, CAHours of Operation: 10:00am - 7:00pm PT*Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 USD hourlyPOSITION SUMMARY:Company 3 is looking to hire a Lead Client Services Coordinator. The Lead Client Services Coordinator will work as part of the Operations team that is servicing our new Facility in Hollywood.MAIN DUTIES:As a member of Client Services Team, you will welcome/greet clients and assist them throughout their project, set up daily coffee and prepare daily snacks, restock communal snacks and beverages in kitchenettes, maintain stock, cleanliness and organization of the edit rooms, kitchenettes, review rooms, and common areas. You will also maintain office supplies for clients, track receipts for Accounts Payable and Billing Departments, place recurring grocery orders. this may include running errands as needed, and place meal orders for review room guests. You will also be responsible for the following:Prepare Welcome Baskets, client giftsOccasionally cover the front desk by answering a multi-line phone systemAs a Lead you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Client Services Team, as well as events and larger projects.You will work plan and execute weekly events such as in-house client happy hours, mid-day treats, along with executing celebrations for birthdays and holidaysAssist with training and development of Client Services TeamMust be comfortable working with people and enjoy interacting while staying focused on individual responsibilitiesWHAT YOU BRING:The ideal candidate will come with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients both in-person and over the phone. Experience in restaurants/serving, catering, customer service, and/or reception is highly valued.
