Car Wash Team Lead

Job Summary

As a Car Wash Team Lead, you will assist the store's leadership in achieving sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Experience Desired: Previous Car Wash Management
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Technical/Mechanical School
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of work, for team members, customers, and products.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service, attend to customer concerns, and promote company culture.
• Ensure cleanliness of car wash area, including windows, concrete, and vehicles.
• Assist with sales and customer inquiries.
• Order and receive WetGo supplies, and motivate the team to provide value-added services.
• Communicate with store leadership and WetGo team members, and assist in training and leading current and new hires.
• Implement WetGo promotions and ensure completion of daily work assignments.
• Enforce company policies and perform preventative maintenance tasks on car wash equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to meet safety and sanitation regulations.

Starting Rate of Pay

$16.50 per hour
