Onco360 is searching for an Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team!

Provide leadership and direction to a sales team of 14-16 inside sales representatives. Ensures execution of sales initiatives by continuously reviewing and monitoring sales plans, sales reporting information, and key statistics. Utilizing this information to direct inside RD sales activities. Works collaboratively with sales management and leadership to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Base salary between $84K-$105K plus commission

The Oncology Inside Sales Manager will require extensive travel as required to execute the following:

  • Completes training with new hires, provides additional training as needed for current team members. Work closely with management and sales trainers to ensure training documents are up to date.
  • Communicates effectively in 360° with direct reports, coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • Monitors call and email activity to ensure a thorough understanding of the business, HIPAA compliance and sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the development & execution of sales strategies and strategic plans.
  • Identifies deficiencies in skills among direct reports, and works to improve individual capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, exceptional written & oral communication skills.
  • Routinely monitor and reeducate RD’s as needed on Creatio, RD Connect and CPR+ to ensure proper and efficient workflow.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices to encourage the best outcomes for the RD, patient, and business.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 calls, as well as team calls, to encourage open dialogue and allow RD’s to share their expertise and ideas.
  • Ensure RDs are making the necessary calls to retain existing referral rates and earn new referrals.
  • Encourage efficient and cohesive teamwork between inside and outside RDs in each territory.
  • Experience with change management and implementation.
  • Function as the point of escalation for questions/concerns.
  • Works with management on other responsibilities, projects, implementations, and initiatives as directed.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Assist management with forecasting, reporting and other metrics as needed.
  • Motivate and lead the team through performance coaching, career planning, setting developmental objectives, performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, organized, and positive demeanor, even when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Ability to think and operate quickly, to assess situations, to weigh options, and to make sound business decisions.
  • Must have demonstrated success in the ability to identify and implement process and performance improvements throughout inside selling teams.
  • Ensure sales representatives are conducting their duties in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Oncology Inside Sales Manager Required and Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in health care, business, or pharmacy administration. Master Degree desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical or Specialty Pharmacy field management. Proven sales track record indicating accomplishment and successes.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to help define and establish strategies and action plans. Familiar with trade relations, reimbursement environment, government programs, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation. Strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skills. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Sales CRM tools. Strong time management skills. Superior public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Desired: Demonstrated understanding of oncology therapeutic area, products, and marketplace. Competent with automated workflow platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Required: Extensive travel within the assigned regional territory (40%).
