Job Overview


The Senior Manager, Product Management supports our fast-moving Stores Product team, bringing a high-energy approach to developing customer-centric user experiences and features to grow our customer base, drive user engagement, and improve overall site experience. In this role, the individual operates as a senior product leader and drives strategy while simultaneously executing on said strategy. They define and execute both the short and long-term strategy and vision for a product area.


Operating in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement, ideas and feedback are encouraged. The Senior Manager is expected to make decisions and contribute in a meaningful and impactful way. What You Will Do


  • Define and execute both short and long-term strategies and visions for a product area.
  • Assume responsibility for enterprise or complex initiatives, typically leading larger pods with multi-pod dependencies.
  • Collaborate with pods, partners, and stakeholders to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple layers of dependencies.
  • Engage executive audiences through presentations and discussions, fostering meaningful and productive dialogue.
  • Drive end-to-end discovery using a variety of techniques to define a multi-year roadmap.
  • Establish trust among colleagues and build a successful followership around common goals.
  • Partner with engineering to optimize development cycles and drive technical requirements.
  • Act as a thought partner to the analytics team and collaborate closely.
  • Structure and expertly interpret test results.
  • Maintain a strong backlog of groomed, insight-driven user stories.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners, challenging as appropriate.
  • Keep leaders updated on progress, roadblocks, and potential solutions.
  • Actively mentor more junior-level colleagues on a range of product skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 9+ years of overall work experience with at least 5 years specific product management experience, preferably within an agile framework; experience operating in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
