A furniture e-commerce business in Miami, FL, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong leadership skills to oversee the financial operations and teach the rest of the team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee all financial operations and direct the financial planning and strategy.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Lead financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management.
• Oversee auditing processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Develop strategies to optimize the financial performance of the company.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
