REMOTE Asbestos Attorney

We are looking for an Asbestos Attorney to join our client, a prestigious law firm renowned for its litigation, trial, and appellate expertise across California and beyond. Known for their victories in high-stakes cases, they are often sought after to "save the day" before trial.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing asbestos litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date..

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience handling Asbestos cases.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Strong knowledge of asbestos laws and regulations in California.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Salary Range: $150k - $200k

Note: This role is fully remote in California.
