The Office of Executive Engagement is a newly formed team within the marketing department that supports and oversees executive engagement across our portfolio of clients. The team often works cross functionally, partnering with our Customer Success and Strategy teams to strategically connect internal and external stakeholders and further grow our client community.

The Business Analyst for the Office of Executive Engagement plays a pivotal role in institutionalizing Executive Engagement initiatives. The Business Analyst will develop and recommend integrations across internal systems to institute and measure an executive engagement score, working closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who loves bouncing between understanding complex business challenges and working closely with the team building the solutions.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • A knack for data collection and analysis in order to generate insights and recommendations for improving executive engagement.
  • The ability to create streamlined reports to communicate engagement score trends and performance metrics.
  • The ability to develop a deep understanding of the organization's business systems and processes, specifically related to executive engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing technical solutions.
  • The ability to understand complex business systems and processes and translate them into technology solutions.
  • To be self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with executive-level personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject area (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Finance).
  • Bonus points if you have experience in a similar role supporting executives or providing white glove service.
