Job Summary: Dreisilker Electric Motors is expanding into the Dallas, Texas market! We specialize in commercial, industrial, residential and HVAC motor repair and replacement. Our successful Chicago, Illinois operations and Atlanta facilities have provided a strong foundation for growth and expansion. We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our new location. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the Dallas branch, ensuring profitability and alignment with our Core Values of Leadership, Integrity, Positivity, Respect, and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities:
- Drive weekly, monthly, and yearly sales growth and profitability at the new Dallas branch.
- Collaborate with the Branch Operations Manager (BOM) to create a business plan that aligns with sales goals.
- Manage counter, telephone, and occasional outside sales, along with emergency service sales.
- Identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with current customers in the Dallas area.
- Supervisory Duties:
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, setting clear performance goals.
- Address and resolve customer and personnel issues professionally and promptly.
- Inventory Management:
- Ensure inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counts and reporting.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels by coordinating with the DEM Purchasing Manager.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of daily inventory deliveries.
- Branch Operations:
- Maintain the building, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Coordinate seasonal maintenance, ensuring outdoor signage, walkways, and landscaping are properly managed.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience or 5+ years in a related service or production management role.
- Bachelor's or technical degree preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, HVAC, and electric motor repair is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
