In this role, you will lead the IT infrastructure and support team, focusing on network and cybersecurity. You will oversee daily security operations, develop and enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our server and network services, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing our overall security posture.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, LAN/WAN performance, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, O365, and networking technologies (Cisco/Aruba preferred)
- Proven experience in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on enterprise-level environments
