Job Opening: Baker (Full-time or Part-time) – 544 Manhattan Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11222
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Baker to join our team at Little Animal in Greenpoint! If you have some experience working in a bakery or baking at home, a passion for crafting delicious breads, pastries, and desserts, and are ready to bring creativity to our kitchen, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow recipes and ensure quality control
- Assist with inventory and ingredient management
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work
- Team player with a positive attitude
Hours:
Wednesday - 4 hour Day
Thursday to Sunday - 8 hour Days. I would like sourdough boules to be pulled out at just before service. Shifts Thursday to Sunday will end around 6:30
*Schedule will change as the restaurant opens more shifts.
Note: Little Animal is an American Bistro opening early November. This and every other role will evolve in the early months of the restaurant. You will have the opportunity to contribute to that evolution.
