Successful sourcers utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer goals. They draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Work 40 hours/week throughout the course of a 12-week summer internship between May through September
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and June 2026
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment
- Strong academic, leadership and/or extracurricular record
- Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $24.47/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $52.40/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
