Talent Business Partner (TBP)

The Talent Business Partner (TBP) is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support for their designated region within the company.

The position is a consultant and works closely with their Regional Director and management team on human resource-related issues. Although serving as the single point of contact for all matters people-related, the TBP is focused on:

1. Talent Management
2. HR metrics
3. Identifying Training & Development opportunities
4. Compensation & Benefits
5. Legal compliance

The TBP understands the business beyond the HR function and influences its overall region to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.
