Asite Application Support - Computer Support Analyst

Location: Downtown Manhattan, NY 10004

Estimated Length: 12 months

Compensation: DOE

Contract Status: OPEN

Requirements

Description of Duties:

  1. Deliver training on the Asite platform to end users.
  2. Monitor support emails and voicemails received from MTA Asite end users and resolve problems or take appropriate action.
  3. Gather, organize, and analyze large internal and external data sets to provide insights for management.
  4. Assist with data entry and clean-up in Asite.
  5. Assist with developing interactive dashboards of Asite data in Power BI.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or 5 years relevant experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent PowerPoint skills.
  3. Advanced level of MS Access and/or Excel including advanced formulas, VBA, macros, data tables, charts, and pivot tables.
  4. Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams.
  5. Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within Power BI.
  6. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
  9. Ability to handle a high-pressure environment.
  10. Ability to prioritize urgent requests and multitask.
  11. Helpdesk experience preferred.
  12. Experience working in a document management platform strongly preferred; proficiency in Asite is a plus.
  13. Proficient in SQL is a plus.
