We are seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional responsible for developing Distribution partners and increasing sales in Central America and the Caribbean region. The Account Executive for Motorola will be primarily responsible for driving consumer product sales through Distribution partners based in Miami and/or Central America and Caribbean region.

The growth of Motorola through Distributors channel is a strategic goal - we are looking for someone with the knowledge and aptitude to deliver on this strategic initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology products through the Distributors channel.

The Account Executive will manage new and existing Distributors partners aiming to grow capillarity among the channels in Central America and Caribbean region (Retail, Carriers, etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Distribution partners in Central America, Caribbean and Miami region
  • Manage Distribution Channel responsible for fulfill Retailers and carriers in the region
  • Manage the New Product Launches in the Distribution channel by coordinating dates, volumes with internal Team and Customers

This position is located in Miami, FL with the expectation to travel throughout Latin America.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales growth and execution in a related industry, with the ability to forecast and manage business performance and results
  • Ability to recognize and anticipate the challenges our customers face and how Motorola’s products and services address their pain points
  • Highly adept at fostering collaboration among sales, business operations, marketing, finance, strategy and product development to enable ideas to be efficiently executed
  • Employs innovative and creative thinking to solve business problems with non-traditional solutions
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and leadership skills to support across all levels of management
  • Demonstrated negotiation expert; possesses ability to anticipate next move
  • Proficient in Spanish
