Job duties include:Enter management orders, send orders to vendor, and assist operational team members receive and enter orders as they enter them in the purchase order system while answering questions, as needed.Follow up on back orders.Research and get approval for new item offerings.Review and assist with vendor invoice issues for payment.Review and monitor the purchasing email inboxes daily.Communicate with field operations personnel.Reconcile receipts based on inventory sheets received from the field to open purchase orders (“PO”).Other job duties as assigned.YOUR MUST HAVES:Must be 18 years of age or older.High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).Ability to use the functions within accounting system and various general ledger accounts.2 or more years of experience in sourcing materials.OUR ENVIRONMENT:This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week.
