The Talent Specialist is an integral part of our Human Resources department, tasked with managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role extends to overseeing the performance review processes and coordinating and implementing employee training and development programs. The Talent Specialist plays a critical role in not only sourcing and aligning talent with our organizational needs but also in actively participating in culture building. This includes fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment that reflects our company values and promotes long-term employee success. Please note: This position requires full-time in-office availability (Vista, CA). Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure the selection of candidates who not only fulfill the technical job requirements but also deeply align with our organizational values. • Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into our company from the start, enabling them to connect with and embody our core values from day one. • Conduct thorough performance evaluations to monitor employee progress and ensure their career development is in line with organizational objectives, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cultural fit. • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that support both professional growth and the ongoing reinforcement of our company culture. Qualifications: • Please note: This position requires full-time in-office availability (Vista, CA). • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, candidate selection, and human resources practices, with a strong understanding of how to align these elements with company culture. • In-depth knowledge of performance management processes and the ability to implement them effectively to drive company goals and employee development. • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members at all levels. • Proven ability to cultivate a positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, and productivity. • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to the firm’s offices and events, ensuring a hands-on approach to talent management and culture building across locations. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest in HR practices and technologies. • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and project management. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, maintaining focus and effectiveness under pressure. Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 yearly
