As a Applications Engineer, Supply Chain Technology – Technical Architecture, you will be working with a unique and gifted team and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will be primary owner for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the ERP extensions and customizations.
You will be a catalyst for effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and buy-in, and will invent mechanisms and processes for speed and scale in our context. Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, build and extend applications. Design and develop solutions and maintain multiple applications within the Oracle e-business suite and open source technologies as required.
- Develop technical specifications.
- Configure standard applications.
- Modify standard forms and reports.
- Develop new forms and reports.
- Develop interfaces in and out of the e-business suite.
- End-user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies.
- Support high critical production issues as part of the on-call team. This may be outside of normal business hours.
A day in the life
On any given day, you will be working on a wide array of tasks, for example, data set creation, UI creation, SQL tuning, data extraction, dashboard creation, report creation, and deep dives on data issues. The source data will be Oracle ERP and expert knowledge of the Oracle ERP architecture and table structure will ensure a quick turnaround. Your customers will expect you to be knowledgeable about both Oracle ERP and extensions to Oracle ERP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Experience with Oracle PL / SQL, RICEFW
- Experience in EBS forms and related application development technologies
- Technical development of Reports, Integrations, Extensions, Workflows, and other technical components
- 6+ years of experience in 3+ of the following disciplines: Cloud integration, Middleware, API, Supply chain, information solution or technical architecture
- 3+ years’ experience in technical project or program management
- Proven facilitation, influence, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of successful change management initiatives in business through strategic consulting and leading.
- 5+ years in a similar OCM role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and meet outcomes.
- Knowledgeable in change management, agile and program management best practices.
- Experience in some marketing level communications is a plus.
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems
- Obsession with quality, operational excellence, and customer experience
- Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
