Proposal Coordinator
ENTACT is a premier national provider of environmental and geotechnical construction services. We directly self-perform environmental remediation and geotechnical construction work, using in-house personnel and equipment resources. ENTACT's roster is comprised of project managers, field engineers, technical and regulatory professionals, certified safety professionals, technicians, and equipment operators, with diverse capabilities and experience. Established in 1991, ENTACT has been consistently named to ENR's "Top 200 Environmental Firms", has been the recipient of numerous National Safety Council awards, and has successfully and safely completed over 3,000 projects. ENTACT has numerous regional offices and project sites across the United States. We are well positioned to serve our clients nationwide.
ENTACT is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator with graphic design skills to join our team. This position will primarily support the Operations Team and the Sales and Marketing Team with Client-specific and Industry-specific proposal submittals, deliverables and marketing collateral. Position reports directly to the Proposal & Graphics Director. Person can be based in one of our regional offices, Westmont IL, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Pittsburgh PA, Philadelphia PA, or could be hybrid or possibly remote.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The development and maintenance of ENTACT's extensive qualification materials including:
  • Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Request for Qualifications (RFQs)
  • Focused Statement of Qualifications Packages
  • Presentations
  • Various Marketing and Sales Collateral
  • General Company Support Projects
  • Assisting in CRM Database Management (Salesforce)
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (in graphics, marketing, communications or related coursework a plus).
  • At least 3-5 years of proposal/graphics coordination experience (A/E/C Industry background required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign required).
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce (or similar).
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Organized work approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments

  • Job success often hinges upon interpersonal communication and relationship development skills, and job tasks require frequent interchange, and successful completion depends in large part upon effective interaction and communication with others.
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to safely travel by air, car, train or bus.
Primarily an office position. At time travel to offices or projects in various locations around the country may be required. The following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with site visits:
  • Be able to stand or walk on a project site for extended durations.
  • When on project sites or if performing some types of work activity wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, earplugs, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat, steel toed work boots, and high visibility safety apparel.
