Job Summary:

We are offering a $7500 Sign-on Bonus for a skilled Culinary Professional! In this role you will produce a safe and high-quality food product according to established guidelines, systems and recipes. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment. Ensure commitment to customer and patient satisfaction. Communicate daily with supervisors and other team members effectively in a supportive and helpful way. You may be responsible for batch, large quantity, and short order types of cooking.

Must be able to work varying shifts and a rotating weekends:

4:00 am - 12:30 pm

10:30 am - 7:00 pm

6:00 am - 2:30 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education : High school Graduate or 1-year equivalent experience with commercial production food service.

  • Licensure / Certification : Food handlers’ certification within 6 months of hire

  • Experience: Relevant work experience in a hospital setting, large institution or Commercial kitchen preferred

  • Effective communication skills and customer-service skills

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Knowledge of large quantity standards of cooking and food preparation by recipe preferred

  • Ability to work independently as a part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.

  • Must be compatible with others and work well in a service situation with many different people.

  • Must have a clean and neat appearance.

  • Must have basic math skills to, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication.
